Many people are holding posters on the street.
The words on posters are "honk for peace."
They are protesting against War in Irag.
Every car passing by honks if the driver disagrees with Iraq War.
It is very common to see people express their opinions in this way.
Last week, a great deal of people were holding posters for AIDS Honk.
Therefore, every car honked.
It had started from 8am in the morning and ended around noon.
The purpose is good,
it arises attention from people for certain issues.
However, the honks really drove me crazy.
I was doing my project at that time,
I couldn't concentrate.
Honk, as a noun, is a loud noise a car made.
